Specifically developed for running, the Zamst RK-1 PLUS RIGHT is a knee brace that helps prevent TFL.

It can be used to relieve pain on the inner sides of the knees and works by realigning the leg with a spiral strap. Thus, it limits the friction of the iliotibial band on the outer side of the knee, thus relieving pain.

This knee brace consists of spiral lastics that rotate and raise the lower leg, while its uniquely shaped inner film keeps the lower knee joint in proper alignment and relieves stress on the outer knee.
