New to the hiking collection, the Salomon X WARD LEATHER GORE-TEX is an all-new low-top men’s walking shoe that will make people happy.
Providing maximum stability, comfort and durability for exploring the great outdoors, this low-profile model offers great agility. To achieve the perfect compromise, it takes the proven sole and chassis of one of the best-selling trail shoes and adds a new upper with classic lines, noble materials and a waterproof Gore-Tex membrane to ensure nothing gets by.
Protection, comfort and grip are assured with a variety of insoles, while the classic lacing fit is as effective as ever.

- Herringbone Studs: High-penetration studs with multi-directional grip provide better traction on soft ground, including mud and loose soil
- Mud Contagrip Outsole: Designed for maximum traction on unstable, loose or uneven surfaces, the Mud Contagrip features deep, sharp-edged lugs made from a rubber compound that provides excellent traction
- Midsole: EnergyCell
- High performance Eva foam for shock absorption
- Upper: Anti-distortion mesh. Close fitting mesh prevents debris from getting caught between the foot and the footbed
- Special water repellent treatment: prevents water from soaking into the material during showers and light precipitation for added protection
